Everything in Fiftify hangs off the sidebar on the left. It stays in place wherever you go, so it is worth two minutes to learn.
The sections
Section titled “The sections”Home — your revenue, orders, average order value, and unfulfilled count for today, the last 7 days, or the last 30 days, plus the setup checklist.
Warehouses — the physical side of the business.
- Dashboard — what is happening in the warehouse right now
- Outbound — orders on their way out
- Layout & Bins — your warehouse floor plan, the bins it generates, and totes
Orders
- Sales Orders — every order pulled in from your channels
Inventory
- Products — your own catalog records
- Inventory — quantities across the business
- Stock — what sits in which bin
- Inventory Logs — the audit trail of every stock movement
Tasks — the work your team picks up.
- Pick, Pack, Ship — one list per stage of fulfillment
Settings — General, Insights, Suppliers, Warehouses, Users & Roles, Packaging, Print Templates, Shipping & Delivery, and Billing & Plan.
The header and the bottom of the sidebar
Section titled “The header and the bottom of the sidebar”Add Channel, at the top of every page, opens the channel picker — the same one the setup checklist uses.
At the bottom of the sidebar you will find Notifications, and below it your own name. Selecting your name opens the menu with your profile and the log-out option.
What you can see depends on your role
Section titled “What you can see depends on your role”The sidebar only shows sections your role grants. An owner or administrator sees everything; a picker sees Tasks and little else. If a teammate says a menu item is missing, check their role first — see invite your team.
