Welcome to Fiftify

Published

Fiftify is a warehouse management system built for multichannel sellers. Businesses can manage inventory, orders, and warehouse operations across multiple sales channels through one simple and easy-to-use system.

The platform supports inventory management, real-time stock synchronization, order processing, and warehouse operations across Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, retail stores, and other sales channels. Barcode scanning, organized storage locations, mobile warehouse workflows, and faster fulfillment processes reduce manual errors, prevent overselling, and improve warehouse efficiency.

Day to day that means: you connect the channels you already sell on, Fiftify pulls in your listings and orders, and from there it tracks what you have, where it sits in the warehouse, and what your team needs to do next.

Five ideas cover almost everything you will meet in the app:

  • Sales channel — a store or marketplace you sell on: Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, or a retail store. Connecting one lets Fiftify import listings and receive orders.
  • Listing — a single item as it appears on a channel. Listings arrive from the channel; you do not create them by hand.
  • Product — your own record of an item, with its SKU, barcode, cost, and weight. One product can be linked to several listings, so the same mug sold on three channels is still one thing you count.
  • Warehouse — the physical place stock lives. Inside it, a layout defines zones and rows, which generate bins — the exact shelf a picker walks to.
  • Task — the work itself. Orders become Pick, Pack, and Ship tasks that your team completes on a phone or a screen on the floor.

Stock links them together: a product sits in a bin, a listing shows that product’s quantity to buyers, and an order moves it back out through tasks. Keeping that one count right everywhere is what stops the same unit being sold twice.

Fiftify does not start you with an empty shell. The moment your account is created, you already have:

  • a company (named Default company until you rename it),
  • a Default Warehouse, marked as your default location,
  • a Default Supplier,
  • a Starter plan on a 7-day free trial.

That is why the setup checklist on your Home page starts at 3 of 5 rather than 0 — two of the five steps are satisfied by those defaults. They are real records, not placeholders, so rename them to match your business before you build on top of them.

Fulfill. Flow. Forward.

Our mission is to turn warehouse complexity into clarity, working towards a world where intelligent warehouse operations help every business grow.

  1. Create your account — sign up and confirm your email.
  2. Your 5 setup steps — what the Home checklist is asking for.
  3. Find your way around — the navigation in one page.

Once the basics are in place, work through the setup steps in whatever order suits you: connect a sales channel, set up your warehouse, add suppliers, and invite your team.
